Engine 85 is second-due in Springfield Township, Stryker Fire Department on all village structure fires. Engine 85 is a 1981 Mack, refurbished in 1990 by Emergency One. The 4-man cab carries 2 Scott 4.5's for donning while responding to a call. The on-board 750-gallon tank plus a pumping capacity of 1000 gallons per minute provide our back-up fire attack. Engine 85 also carries an additional ventilation fan, chain saw, 4000 watt generator and a 5 bottle high pressure cascade air system for refilling SCBA bottles.
