Engine 84 is first-due in Engine in Springfield Township, Stryker Fire Department on all structure fires. Engine 84 is a 1994 KME Class-A Pumper on an International Chassis. The 5-man cab carries 3 Scott SCBA’s for donning while responding to a call. The on-board 750-gallon tank plus a pumping capacity of 1250 gallons per minute provide our initial fire attack with pre-connected 1 3/4” and 2 ½” lines. Engine 84 also has the capability to use AFFF foam. 84 carries, two extra Scott SCBA’s, four extra SCBA bottles, forcible entry equipment, gas powered ventilation fan, chain saw, 3500 watt generator and extra equipment for our Hurst Jaws Of Life.
